"This agency transferred my State Farm policy to another State Farm agency when I requested. They did not bother to tell the other agency or me the policy was in cancellation. By the time the other agency (Mike Coughlin's State Farm office) got it, it was the day before it was cancelled. No calls, no warning from either agency even though both claims were not our fault (condo above us) AND State Farm subrogated one of them and got their money back. Now I understand the local offices are basically there for sales -- there's no good neighbor when agents can't be bothered to work together or help. If it weren't for the amazing SF agent I have in the state where I live, there's no way I'd stay with State Farm."
